The Personalised Supplements option offers guests the opportunity to understand their current health status and take immediate steps to correct imbalances in the body, with the added benefit of supporting healthy ageing and longevity by addressing nutritional gaps. Supplements may enhance overall health outcomes and reduce the risk of chronic diseases by providing nutrients that have been shown to support specific health conditions.

4.    The Personalised Supplements service includes an on-site blood sample taken for testing to determine levels of essential vitamins, minerals and hormones; and a one-to-one follow-up session with our wellness expert to discuss diet, lifestyle and family history. A set of daily supplements are then customised to the guest’s specific needs. The prescribed collection of bespoke vitamins, minerals and/or antioxidants will support overall health and fill nutrient gaps. All supplements are manufactured by a laboratory partner using high-quality ingredients sourced from around the world.
